I was given 3 extra donuts, which was super kind and nice but did not know why. Then it hit me. Last time I ordered from Dunkin (about 3 weeks ago) they were out of donuts, and sent a note with my coffee. So, I believe that is why. Excellent way to treat customers!! Thank you!! View all feedback.

I love my Dunkin' but I'm still upset a year later that they don't have hazelnut swirl anymore for my frozen coffee and I can no longer order my drink on the app therefore I NEVER get Dunkin rewards. And I go there 4 days a week. View all feedback.
When I was going to go in to place my order. The door was locked? Thursday morning. They are supposed to be opened 6AM it was 6:30 am? Other than that it is good place
Worst! Came for coffee and ended up loosing thousands of dollars. The worker tried handing me 4 large coffees on a flimsy cup holder through the drive thru and ended up spilling coffee and whip cream all over the interior of my vehicle ruining myinterior, $500 worth of new clothes, $1,100 iPhone, $500 key fob to my vehicle, and the list goes on. Then acted like it was abig deal to remake my drinks and on top of it all over charged me. Never again.

Everyone is nice and professional and they answer any questions you might have about anything on the menu.
