Locals are likely already familiar with the restaurant, so this review is primarily aimed at visitors. Many tourism websites recommend having Sunday lunch at Stanley's, which is the focus of my review today. Sunday lunch begins at 1 PM, but patrons often arrive as early as an hour beforehand to enjoy drinks. The meal starts with a choice of soups, followed by a shared roast meat entrée for everyone, and concludes with a selection of desserts and a cup of coffee. Overall, everything tastes great, the value is excellent, and the view on a clear day is breathtaking. However, I believe the only downside is that the lunch menu does not change much. If there were occasional variations in the main entrée, I would definitely visit more often.

The homemade soup was wonderful, followed by a delicious roast with vegetables and fantastic desserts. Although it took a little time for our plates to be cleared, we were at a large table on a very busy Sunday. The relaxed, rustic atmosphere and stunning views make it well worth a visit—just be sure to make a reservation. Service: Dine in.
