What Q76TTalanf doesn't like about China Xpress:
As its my nearest Chinese takeaway l have used this place hundreds of times and never had a bad meal yet. Don't know about the English food because l go elsewhere for fish and chips but for Chinese dishes this place is as good if not better than most. View all feedback.

Good value for money and they always give you a bag of prawn crackers and if we order 3 meals they also add spring rolls.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food and service are excellent, and the prices are reasonable compared to other establishments. I was surprised to see the low rating on this platform, but I believe it is because there are very few reviews. One review mentioned dissatisfaction with the fried food, and while I agree that it may not be the best option here, there is a good chippy next door as an alternative.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the staff to be friendly, however, the food was truly terrible. I only ordered sausage, chips, and gravy, so I can't imagine how bad their other dishes are. When I got home, I found the sausage to be greasy and the oven chips overcooked. I will never return to this place.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant, even though we often enjoy Chinese cuisine. We decided to order a set meal for four and also added a chicken and sweet corn soup. The total cost was a very reasonable £47, which was about £15 less than we had anticipated. Although we weren't huge fans of the salt and pepper ribs and felt the duck was slightly overcooked, the rest of the dishes were delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The portion sizes were generous and could easily feed five people. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
