Despite the fact that the staff at this restaurant are not the most professional and the service at Hungry Jacks leaves something to be desired, overall it is still a good experience. The food is decent and there are plenty of tables available, making it able to accommodate large groups of people. I always enjoy my time here. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hungry Jacks:
Always liked HJs best. Saw new Angus burgers on TV which prompted me to try one. Revolting. Wet, sloppy and sour. It will be a long time before I will have another View all feedback.
A good place for a quick snack or lunch, Hungry Jacks always have a $5 special which is great, because fast food is not that cheap these days, see what a Whopper meal or a McDonalds meal cost these days, but when you are 2 people and you take one meal deal and one special, then it is not too pricey. They make a better Burger
While this Hungry Jacks serves quality product the service is lack lustre. This need to be improved. Also this outlet becomes a favorite haunt of school kids in the afternoon and therefore is busy and generally packed out.

Hungry Jacks in Burwood Rd is good for a quick bite on the run. It's very close to Burwood Raileay Station & us quite popular for all ages. Don't expect fine dining but the food is ok for a fast food outlet.
It's located next to Burwood station. We just were after fast food in a hurry - the food is what it is. There were several senior people working the tables for money, two other elderly patrons were pouncing on any food left behind. Was a dreadful atmosphere that the staff made no attempts to rectify. There is a difference between running a food restaurant and a charity.
