This is a very nice store with a great meat and produce department. Not great for basics like canned or dry grocery, a bit expensive. I did pick up an aged ribeye for the weekend. Might have been the best steak I've every had. OMG was it good. This store features a liquor store, that has some pretty good sales, so watch the ads, and a really good bakery. View all feedback.
What Redfox12 g doesn't like about Lunds Byerlys Burnsville:
It is very nice on the inside. It has carpeted floors and is fancy for a grocery store, but it is way overpriced for items you can get at any other grocery store. View all feedback.
Burnsville Byerly's puts a lot of effort and care into making this store disability friendly ... scooters are kept in great condition and always charged plenty of disability parking close to the doors free drive up service, or they're happy to help by bringing your bags out and loading them into your car every staff member here is polite and helpful ... I've been shopping here since 1989
We are from out of town. Been here a few other times and have always been very impressed. Great selection, quality products, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.
It would be nice, not to be racially porfiled at self checkout. Chopsticks and soy sauce packets are complementary when buying sushi and no my pasta salad isn't scanning seeing how I haven't even gotten the chance to do so. I was harassed and watched by staff before I could even scann my 3 items.Very negative and uncomfortable experience 0/10 wouldn't recommend.
I hate to give a bad review to a business trying to survive, but Byerlys is attempting to control with weather or reduce our daily high temps by introducing paper salad bar containers. Nobody likes these, but the corporate overlords are convinced we will see cooler temps because of these. I suppose I could be persuaded, but I don’t really see that happening. In addition to introducing what many are calling the “paper straws of salad bar containers”, they are now trying to pass along infant utensils made of soybeans or old garbage for adults. Ever seen an oyster fork? Yeah, they’re like than only made of plants/garbage. I call on everyone to boycott the salad bar until they go back to normal adult containers. It can be hard to change ideological decisions with lost profits and I’m sure the salad bar is just a blip on their radar, but if 200 people who would normally spend $50 per week on salads, take their business elsewhere, that’s 10k revenue, perhaps $1,500 net, times 52 weeks is about 75k lost profit. Not much for Byerlys or ideological decision making, but I can hope. Oh, and cut your ham smaller. Not that I care anymore, but just thinking of the next customer. We don’t want ham steaks with our afternoon salad. I spoke with the manager about this today and she was very gracious and understanding. She gets it. Normal people do.
Jasmine in the bakery was extremely helpful with the cake I needed in a pinch. Thank you so much!
