Recent reviews much better than the fairly average overall rating. Lovely old bank that has been beautifully converted. Plenty of choice for our table of and plenty of compliments from guests. We had a meal there on the 31st August 2024 we sat down and waited 20min for somebody to take our order . There was no water offered while waiting we then proceeded with our order I ordered steak and had to wait another 5 mins after asking for a steak knife to be able to eat my steak .we was sat so close together you couldn’t move .and you certainly couldn’t hear yourself talk .we felt like they try to cram as many p... My husband and I celebrated our wedding reception here with 11 of us and all greatly enjoyed the food and drinks. Apart from that, all the staff are very lovely, polite and welcoming. They made our day feel very special and complete. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back and recommend you to my colleagues and friends incase they visit Burnley. #PS we gave them the food orders a week ahead and suggestions as some doesn't it a certain ingredient and Palazzo was on point in preparing it. Thank you Palazzo staff! Keep up that cheerful and hospitable atmosphere. By the way, the bathroom was lovely- I took a photo there with my wedding dress, most importantly it's clean.

Went on a Saturday lunchtime. Only a few customers in. Food was very good but pricey and the wine was very pricey. I found the staff apart from one waitress a bit aloof. (No smiles) Decor was amazing though. No parking at all though which lets it down . 40 mins wait which was useless.
Honestly, can't go wrong at all with this place, the food is amazing, the staff are constantly on the ball and very friendly, the service is fast, you get your food within 20minutes, starter within 10, the pricing is also very fair.
Absolutely superb restaurant, we loved it from first going in to leaving. Was lovely and quiet when we arrived so was greeted by staff straight away and given the choice of anywhere we liked to sit. They asked us for drinks and were so fast in bringing them. They gave us more than enough time to choose our food so we didn’t feel pressured to order, and I was amazed at how fast and well done the darling bread starter was out! Our pasta dishes were only 5 minutes behind the pizza so not long at all, amazing service. When we were all done the table was cleaned up swiftly and asked for any more food, but we were not rushed out when we didn’t want anything else which I did really appreciate. Just an all round gorgeous building with amazing food and drink options. Superb staff that want to help and keep everything so clean and tidy.
