Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

One of my favorite meals. the part is great and it is very tasty

Used a free birthday dinner coupon, and appreciated how Red Robin gives you a month to redeem it (especially during these times Chose The Southern Charm Burger, which was tasty and had some sweetness from the brown sugar glaze. It came with bottomless fries. Also ordered a Sautéed Shroom Burger with a bottomless Caesar salad. A side of onion rings costed a mere $2.49, which we took advantage of. The Monster Shake was as good as I remember it, thick and refreshing, but probably the wrong option for the chilly weather. The wait staff checked on our table often and there were lots of mounted hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant.

Definitely the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had… server didn’t introduce herself, didn’t even show up to ask us for drinks. We waited 15 mins for the waitress, and she rudely just goes “ready to order??” She takes our order and then bring our drinks out just leaving all 3 of them on the end of the table, and tossing our cutlery as-well on the end of the table and leaving. Never came to checkup how the food was anything. Just overall rude service.Also, washrooms where both out of soap, and paper towels.Food was not the worst as usual at red robins, but honestly the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. Normally I have had a very pleasant experience at other red robins. Never would recommend this location, and never will return.

I don’t get a chance to go to red robin as often as I like but every time I visit the food has been fantastic. French fries are fresh, and got to the the garlic fries and they were as delicious. YUM. Drinks and all burgers we ordered was good, wish she would have told us bar wings wasn’t the boneless.The restaurant is a bit dark and could use some uplifting but it didn’t bother me.The reason for 3 stars is due to service. The server was not rude or anything but was rushing. As soon as we sat down she wanted to know if we were ready to order when we were even waiting for our friend. She was not friendly at all and I felt like I need to eat and go. Barely got any service. Didn’t feel very good after leaving the restaurant.

I ordered the most expensive finest burger with bottomless steamed broccoli. Over all never had a bad experience at Red Robins.update August 31st 2021 came here with some friends for a birthday get together. I have to say that the service was pretty bad. the food was okay but it seems like it was forgotten at the warmer. we had dinner around 7pm. it definitely looked like they were short staffed.Update September 1st 2021 came here by myself for lunch. I can say that business wasn't very busy at that time around 11:30 a.m. but the service was amazing. food came out at the right temperature.
