I went to place the order by drive thru today and they refuse to take the order and said we are close and our manager have close the cash register whereas I was standing in a line to place the order. It is one of the worst kfc with customer service and on the top of that they gave me the stale burger despite of asking for fresh one even after waiting for 7 minutes. When I ask for the name of the manager she refuse to give me the name and noone was wearing the name tag. It is so annoying and disrespectful that the servers cannot serve properly and with some kindness.
