this place never disappointed me. had a great waiter. eating was a little coming, but it was a busy day for her. Everything was really good here. the waiting time for a table was not tho I came with only one other person, so there are probably larger parties waiting a longer. recommend them if they want a good food ata place with a good atmosphere! The service in Burlington,NC is terrible. Bar-Tender was the Witress and Bar-Tender. Then we sat at the table and the widow took about 20 minutes. To order us. Eating took forever to get out. Never again. I was in unbelief at the time it needed for our food. The foundation was busy saying the least. View all feedback.
No too good could not sit eating was good lasted a long time to get service and get our food as all acted as if they were crazy after something not back
We went out for dinner tonight and found short white/silver hairs on several chips in the bag. Very disappointing.

It was a bad service at all!!!! The food is good, so the drinks. But the waitress had to go. Ot took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks 45 for our food.
We ordered takeout from Chili's and waited outside for over 40 minutes. We only received our order when we went inside and complained. By this time, the food was cold and had clearly been sitting for a while. I usually enjoy Chili's, but this was a disappointing experience!
