This was the cleanest McDonald's that I've ever been in the staff was great I forgot my phone which has my diabetes app on it and they shipped as fast as possible they were the greatest people and as I said the cleanest and friendliest people I've ever had at a McDonald's if you're in Burley you should stop and visit them great job and thank you View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It's a McDonald's, and the kids really enjoy the food. However, if they ever managed to get my order right, I would give a higher rating. Since the remodel, the service has slowed down significantly; it feels like it takes forever to get through the drive-thru. If you want to make sure you have everything you ordered, I recommend checking your bags before leaving or using the app. View all feedback.
The other day I was in there and ordered a number 4 and substitute the scrambled egg for a round egg, You guys charged me $2 more to do that I can't believe how expensive that is..... Just a substitute one egg style for another egg style you charge me $2 more.... Next time I'm gonna go to a restaurant and get a real breakfast with leftovers to take home for what I paid on that stupid breakfast.. You should be ashamed of yourself
Food was disgusting, my husband's quarter pounder was pink and cold, our cheeseburgers were dry and cold, meat was 1/2 the size of the bun. Fries were cold and soggy.
After the new building was constructed, then came covid. You can finally go in and take in the modernization of the the facility, with that comes amazingly hot food not like before oh no. You will be absolutely amazed at the food. Now if they can just be more accurate on there orders, it would be 4-4.5 ? but I have to do 3 ? accuracy is the absolute most important thing in fast food.. Hot, Speed and Accuracy.
It's McDonald's, and I'm not sure why it's so popular. This place is always packed, but overall, it's a decent fast food spot.
The restaurant still hasn't reopened for indoor dining since the COVID pandemic. I'm fairly certain this is because they are experiencing staff shortages.
