This place is amazing! I came with a friend at 2:00 a.m. and tried the psychic soup and spicy pork dosirak. It was delicious! The spice level was a 4 out of 6, perfect for those who don't love really hot food. I even asked for some extra sriracha. The restaurant was clean and I loved it. And those dumplings were so crispy! I ordered the apple and mushroom soup with swirl and a poached egg as my appetizer. For my main course, I chose the beef stew. The portion size was generous, with plenty of protein and rice. The beef was tender and cooked well, but the dish was a bit too salty due to the excess sauce. The mushrooms were dry and the dish arrived cold. This meal was absolutely delicious. The menu may be a bit overwhelming at first, but I recommend trying the "Do Si Rock" plate ($13.95) which offers a variety of flavors. The japchae, made with sweet potato glass noodles, is a delightful combination of sweet and savory. The beef bulgogi was not only a generous portion (enough for lunch and dinner), but it was also reminiscent of the shaved beef in a Philly cheesesteak - slightly sweet and incredibly juicy. The white rice was excellent, and the fried dumplings with the assortment of five sauces were a hit. I will definitely be returning for more!
I ordered the beef bulgogi rice bowl with mushrooms, onions, and an egg, along with a side of miso soup. The portion size was generous, with plenty of protein and rice. The bulgogi was tender but a bit too salty due to the excessive sauce. The mushrooms were dry and cold. Despite these issues, the concept is promising and the pricing is reasonable. This restaurant has potential.
We stopped here on our way back to Austin after picking up our son from a soccer summer camp in Copperas Cove. This place was fantastic! The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. My husband and I both enjoyed the Rindbuggi rice bowl. We were so impressed that we wished we had ordered an extra one to take with us for lunch the next day since there are no Austin locations. We will definitely do that next time we are in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant!
This restaurant offers a great concept for bibimbap bowls. You can choose your protein, toppings, and soup. The seaweed soup was particularly tasty. The sauce options were also delicious. The food was served quickly and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous for the price. I would definitely recommend trying it out.
