What Dane Hoeger doesn't like about Claim Jumper Restaurant:
The food was horrible. It was like going to a chain restaurant, but worse. I was not impressed at all and this place should not have been an opentable option as I wouldn't make a reservation for TGIFridays through opentable, this place doesn't need it either. View all feedback.
Very deorganized restaurant. we were 20 minutes before our reservation for Valentine's Day, and I said I had to wait 2 hours because they were overbooked. they ruined my w day plans.
For being among the top 10 restaurants in Trip Advisor, we were disappointed. Service was slow to start, took extraordinary long to get food and beverages after they were ordered. Then at the end if the meal, it took well over 15 minutes to get the check after the waiter was notified. Food was so so at best. The restaurant was not very full, so the delays all around were a mystery.
It was not a good experience in the whole board and I will not go back I'm sorry
Overall the last visit was a better service and eating.
We always say jumper, eat is good and the value is great.
