as in the whole of Switzerland because of the change, not too cheap for us that we have the euro. rustic environment, fast service, but good kitchen: Gorgeous and well made roasts and a local cheese pizza better than those we eat in Italy. Excellent quality of food. fondues and meats goodisimas. cordial treatment. to always repeat! the pizzas and the pasta very good. relation peecio quality, amazing.

I have eaten here many times and have always seen the locals eating fondu what ever the time of yearIn the German part where I live we eat fondu only in Winter and not in a restaurant unless a ski resort . Only the tourist eat it in summerSo I thought well this is the area where fondu comes fromWe were disappointed as our fondu was thick like a packet variety not thin and coating but thick and spreadableThere was no noticeable garlic in the fonduThe bread is not cut into cubes but broken as needed which was fine by meSo I would not eat fondu again in Bulle even though as I was leaving the restaurant two different French speaking families were having it!I will stick to the German way

No welcome after ten minutes on the terrace. In the room the waitress had to call him several times. service worthy of a self-style restaurant. the dishes a shame in presentation, the mice of lamb bathing in oil and fat and carbonized meat of the never seen, vegetables not cooked etc.
