Mcdonald's - Buffalo

There was a girl who worked the counter and drove the wut. it was not her fault that the service was so slow! how about more than 2 workers working in the morning! I get bad for this girl. food: 5/5

I mean it's McDonald's, some locations are amazing, some places just suck!!! The one on Niagara Street, that's great! One on West Ferry, not so good. Location location location, it's everything. Where you're located is where the workers are going to come from. Open in a good spot, get good people working, open in a hood like spot, you're going to get some not too good workers. That's just life experience right there. Lol

There service is sooo lame, the the food that I got it’s really dry and not cooked properly. I was quite hungry and the closest location near me was this but never again coming here.

Wish I could do ZERO star rating here. They closed the restaurant doors well before time with only drive-thru service available but it's ridiculous sad to know that they refuse to serve people without car from drive-through even when they're free. This is inhuman; don't know whether it's McDonald's policy or franchise's own decision; but I am thinking to sue them as it violates the very basic right of every individual. We all should condemn this and we may campaign to boycott them if they don't excuse and continue to refuse to serve people without car.

Some of the Girls there are super great. Customer service a #5But this place needs better lighting in the drive through. At night with the area being a little rough can be very dangerous.
