Little Caesars Pizza - Buena Park

I started getting pizza here because another place started costing 2x as much. Online ordering is smooth. The neat thing about this place is their pizza portal. It's a machine that they keep your takeout pizza in, and it keeps the pizza warm the whole time. You just need to scan QR code or enter a code to unlock it.

I think one star is over deserving. I ordered my pizza at 3:16pm for pick at 7pm. I tried to call in because I accidentally picked 7pm for pick up, I wanted 6 for when I get off work. I tried to call and I got hung up on So I went up there at 6pm and I complained about being hung up on and they blamed door dash! ?‍ They told me I had to wait until 7pm so I did. Went to go pick up my pizzas at 7 and they told me there's going to be a wait. WHAT?? I ORDERED AT 3:16!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! Get it together!

Why does my pizza look like this? Just saw another review about pineapple. Lol OMG What the heck do the staff do this just because you didn't tip? I recommend if you want a tip then be pleasant. Smile and provide good customer service. Then you might get a tipI should be charged half a pizza cuz half of this was crust.

It's little Caesar's... lol. If you expect premium service then go somewhere else. My son likes it, and it's cheap! I usually order on the app and go pickup. Put you code in the machine and enjoy! Nom nom nom... tummy ache... lol. Crazy bread stuffed crust... BOMB!

This location has taken a huge dive this year with the new managers. I'm done coming here. Stop calling your pizzas HOTNREADY and stop calling your lobby the HOTNREADY ZONE, they aren't ready. 3 out of the last 4 times it's been the NOT READY ZONE. last visit was 11/20 around noon.
