I like it, they have a lot to chose from. My only problem was i like my milk tea pretty sweet. Unlike other places they didn't have a option to make my drink a tad sweeter. My boyfriend liked his drink though. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about It's Boba Time:
Bad customer service. A week ago I had a yogurt smoothie (less sweet) and I loved him so much. So I came back today to order the same thing. But the taste was gone last time. The yogurt taste was too weak and the taste was too diluted. So I asked the checkout to make it taste with more yogurt. But the cashier gave me a look like ?wtf? and smacked me and turned away from me. The other girl helped me, but the attitude... View all feedback.
Worst customer service. A week ago, I had a yogurt smoothie (less sweet) and I loved it so much. So I came back today to order the same thing. But the flavor was way off from the last time. The yogurt flavor was too weak and the taste was too watereddown. So I asked the casher to make it with more yogurt flavor. But the casher gave me a look like ?wtf? and scoffed at me andturned away from me. The other girl helped me but the attitude wasn?t nice at all. Their attitude was so rude and I feltdisrespectful. Whoever the manager or owner is, they need to give these workers a proper lessen how to treat a customer withsome manner.
1st time iv ever had a Tai milk tea. Was super good and very different
I wish I could put a zero on this rating. I ordered ahead of time by 20 minutes online. I arrived and my order wasn 't ready. They said they were still making it. They called the next 10 orders ahead of my order number without having my order resolved. I ORDERED BEFORE. HOW ARE ORDERS AFTER ME GETTING THEIRS BEFORE MINE. Trash company. Mediocre boba. Treat your customers withrespect and maybe you get repeats. I don 't understand how that is acceptable when I ordered online to skip the line as youhave advertised. It was a terrible experience. One I will never spend money on again when there are unlimited better optionsacross the street even.
Been coming here for few years now and everything seems to get more budget over time. Popcorn chicken use to come with sweet and sour sauce and now it doesn 't. Parmesan french fries smell like 99 cent powder cheese. Even the shaved ice no longer comesas presentational as it use to. Time to look for a new spot in the area.
