The Flying Pig - Bucharest

Best food and drink! The atmosphere is nice & cozy, the place has an innovative design and the staff is friendly & kind. Definitely it's a place where you and your friends will come back with pleasure! ????????????

Food is mediocre, beef overcooked, pork is OK, bit nothing too special, the chips are too thin and burned, wine selection is Ok, service not so good - they messed up my order. Good only of you want a fast lunch.

During our month long stay in Bucharest, we found ourselves at the Flying Pig 10+ times. The food here is SO GOOD! The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are delicious. The Porchetta Sandwich and the Beef Burger were our go to meals (with fries of course). You know it's a good burger when the two American Girls from Texas order it over and over again... Do yourself a favor and go eat everything at the Flying Pig.

We had seen some photos, it looked a cool place with interesting food. We noticed the place is quite small and cozy, large bar and central seating area. The staff was very friendly from the beginning and throughout our stay. Pleasant music, good atmosphere and enjoyable to spend time at. The waiting time for the food was small. We took the bean crostini, really tasty and I reverse engineered to get the recipe. The beef and horseradish sandwich and pork burger. They were both fantastic, meat very tasty, perfect ingredients with a special mention for the bread and the french fries. The bill was modest compared to the quality and size of dishes. If you park in front, you need to buy something from Mega Image and be around 1 hour with the stay to avoid hassle with the security guards.

I have just recently been here for dinner and I really enjoyed this place.It is relatively small but offers both table and bar seating.The kitchen is open and you can have a look at the making of some seriously tasty dishes.The personnel is polite and helpful and the owners are also hands on and very friendly.I managed to taste the pulled pork and a pork burger and they were both equally delicious.The menu is interesting and has a lot of cool dishes on it. I have already made a second reservation to test the very tempting breakfast menu.I advise making reservations as it seems to be quite full most of the day.
