Grand Cafe Van Gogh - Bucharest

The decorations are very nice, the service and the drinks served are very average. This place is very touristy, but ok.

We tried several times to get a table at the Grand Cafe Van Gogh in Old Town Bucharest. We even went at times that we thought would be less crowded, but on both visits, we were unable to procure a table. We stood inside the door for about 15 minutes, on one occasion, and couldn't even get any staff to speak to us. We were able to see the inside and snap a few pictures, though. Oh well, maybe next trip!

Over crowded, over priced, food plating so squeezed in a tiny plate, the bread too sweet, the capuccino missed the foam and milky consistency. Tables too close one to another. For me it is a place to grab a drink and that’s it. I am searching for noce places for breafast and this one disappointed me. The exceptional thing here is the decoration with Van Gogh theme paintings and the building itself. Very instagramable.

Very nice place to see and drink a coffee the service is very good they are very polite nice prices and Catalin the waiter was very helpful.dont forget to visit
