Dacia Felix Restaurant - Bucharest

First meal of our Romania trip. We stayed nights at the Radisson Blu hotel Bucharest ahead of a Danube river cruise. Our appetites were a bit jaded after a ridiculously early start and so we were delighted that the cocktail bar also served bar...snacks. I had a couple of really delicious gin and tonic Tanqueray gin with Grapefruit tonic). Really refreshing after a long journey.  My husband had a few of the Ursus beer which were also great.  We had burgers, David had the cheeseburger and fries,  really nice and a good sized portion. I had the veggie cali burger with avocado, chilli, salad on a black bun made I think with spinach.  Really delicious with sweet potato fries and  a truffle mayonnaise.   I'd not tried this before so it was great to try something new. Really delicious and all the better knowing I was eating something innovative and healthy.  I enjoyed my gin and tonic, but really appreciated the non alcoholic selection too. Some of  the drinks and smoothies  were  designed as health drinks with focus on vitamins and minerals for detoxing or health.  I would definitely try some of these on another occasion. I enjoyed the ambience here  the clientele seemed to be a mix of business travellers and leisure. The bar is light and modern looking. Good hospitality and welcome. Interesting water feature around one side of the bar under the floor which gives a different vibe.

I don't typically write reviews but I will make an exception today. For credibility, I drank at this bar out of the nights I stayed at this hotel (Radisson Blu). The impeccable service I received was unlike any bar I have ever been...to. I would also like to give Alexandra, Adrian and Dan an honorable mention; she treated me and my friends as a friend would treat a best friend. Thank you for the excellent hospitality; you can expect me back at this bar in the near future.

Great place to have a good drink. Amazing bartenders. Also we had some good sushi. We will definitely be back for some single malts.

I have enjoyed visiting the bar occasionally for the past years. I really enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, and the super nice bartenders. Ana M, Alexandra and Christian, always serve us great cocktails and even they have recommended us many different cocktails, still didn’t went...all the way through the wide range of Gin Tonic. Highly recommendable. I will keep coming here with my guests for a relaxing drink after a busy week. Keep up the great work , Noroc
