Arigato Sushi - Bucaramanga

A nivel general el sushi es de buen sabor. Nos ubicamos en la terraza (primer piso) nos sentimos inseguros porque no tienen personal en el área; debes tocar un timbre para que alguien se acerque....no es bonita la terraza las personas que estaban antes de nosotros manifestaron que se les acercaron a pedir dinero hasta la mesa. En cuanto a la atención del personal la mesera que nos atendió super amable, nos sugirió platos. Sin embargo las opciones de cervezas son reducidas, específicamente pedimos una que no había en la carta y nos indicaron que la traerían ...pasaron más de 30 minutos y no llegó, decidimos modificar la orden ;solicitamos vasos con hielo para las bebidas y también se demoraron bastante en llevarlos al igual que la cuenta.

There is a pretty good sushi, not too expensive, neither cheap, fair price. Little place, but sweet. Eating is good.

Sushi were good, qualitative but the service was a disaster. Waitress seemed very nice BUT we waited for about an hour to have a cocktail (which was not good at all for the price we paid , then in total 1h30 to get our order of sushi (we were sited downstairs and i doubt that people sitted inside are served in the 1st place because when I went up to check our order some people zho came after us were finishing eating . Then we reordered 1 roll and waited another 40 minutes. At the end, at the moment of cleaning table a waitress spilled entire soy sauce on the shorts of my husband and at the moment of payment the guy did not give option to choose and we paid a comission 5% for nothing. So as a conclusion sushi are good but you need to have a patience and service should be more professional.
