The staff were very helpful and friendly. We found everything very clean and tidy. When we placed our order we did not have long to wait for our food and drinks. Willow brynmawr is comfy cosy warm in the winter cool in the summer clean and staff are friendly especially Lauren and Ashton they have a lovely team of people who go above and beyond. The food is always delicious but mostly we come here for the way they make us feel so welcome like if we are at home. Cosy Warm and comfortable friendly pub

I came with a party of 6 we booked we all had the carvery and wow there was so much meat and so tender it came hot and the lady Bek that served us was absolutely lovely , nothing was too much , even though the willow tree was packed .
