I'm not usually a big fan of self-service buffets, but the food here was quite good. I had taken salad and soup and was allowed to take as much salad and soup as I wanted. The selection of fresh salads was particularly large here. Of course it had the typical canteen atmosphere, i.e. very loud and bustling, but there was quite good food for a reasonable price. Tip: there are no reservations, so you'll have to wait a... View all feedback.
What Brandon M doesn't like about Ruby's Inn Cowboy's Buffet Steak Room:
The service was quick, but the food felt like something you would find in a cafeteria. It didn't seem like anything was made in-house. We ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches, and they arrived not even properly grilled. We sent them back, but when they came back, they were pretty much the same—perhaps the cheese was so processed that it wouldn't melt. We decided to eat them anyway. It wasn’t terrible, but it definit... View all feedback.

Surprisingly good food for the $17 buffet price at lunch. A little pricey for dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I was looking forward to a nice lunch with a turkey club and fries. Pretty simple and difficult to mess up. I ordered it at takeout because I am alone and I don?t like eating in restaurants alone. I can?t confirm that the person that answered hung up on me, but we definitely lost connection and his voice seemed annoyed when I called back to confirm my order. As soon as I left the restaurant I found a bench nearby to eat and to my surprise the fries were cold?okay, okay that sometimes happens (although when I called it in I asked how much time it would take to make the food assuming it would be fresh). Now the sandwich all $19 worth of it. It was sloppily put together. Again, I could tell it had been toasted but was cold and the chef used the end piece of the bread loaf in the middle. That?s frankly just lazy and really not okay. I?ve eaten here before because I come down to Bryce quite often and there aren?t many food choices. I?ve never had a stellar meal here, but this was particularly disappointing especially because it was such a simple order and it could have all been handled in a better way.
Pot roast, roasted chicken, salmon, pork chops, mashed potatoes, general vegetable mix, carrots, salad bar, a couple of cake desserts and soft serve ice cream this is a good buffet. You get your fill for $26 in September 2022. We all agreed the pot roast was best. I imagine the steaks and custom orders are more impressive than the buffet but we got the buffet. Service was good. The place is a fun environment. The attached general store is a tourist dream. Overall, a nice place to enjoy a sit down dinner.
