It seems like no one pays attention to these reviews, so writing this seems pointless. The staff is extremely unhygienic and rude. The orders are often incorrect, and they argue when confronted. No one wears food safety gloves. The prices have gotten unreasonably high. View all feedback.
Rude customer service, and didn't give me sauce with my order. Burger King has a bad rep in general but this one just proved that more. Food was alright... Could've been better with my sauce...
This this restaurant currently closes their dining room at 10:30 in the morning. Doesn't leave much time you have to go through the drive-thru. I prefer to go in as opposed to the drive-thru gives me a little more time to browse the menu. Burger King's breakfast croissan'wich is really good Love the crescent roll that they use for this sandwich. Like everyone right now they are short on staff and your wait may be a little bit longer. It was the good quality that you expect from Burger King though.
So twice I’ve been at the NEW remodeled Burger King. 1st time I twice explained the simple order only to find out after getting home it was wrong.2nd time we ordered early around 7:15am and the hash browns tasted like a weeks old grease they were sitting in.Seems like they have no competent people working there.Last time going there.
I have never had the worst experience..I asked for certain things on my whopper.a little extra mayo..its was think on both sides of the buns..a pinch of lettuce. It looked bad and way too much Mayotte was so thick it made my hamburger cold..this is 2 days in a row they messed up..yesterday the whole order was wrong..called manager she yelled at me...IM DONE..the worst burger King I've ever been to..management very rude and yelled at me..I asked her name so I could call corporate..she yelled and what r they gonna do ..said it 3 times and louder each time..ill go back under better management....PERIOD
Hello all, I just don’t get it... stopped on my way home from long day work to hit up the new Burger King on center rd. In Brunswick, looking forward to a whopper and onion rings. Told girl twice onion rings instead of fries she said no problem.. got home and daaamn no onion rings got fries. Obviously there’s a problem. Pay people more and there still stupid. I just don’t get it.
