Stars Drive-in - Brownsville

I had a terrible experience this time. I ordered the chicken strip dinner with munchers, but the manager said they couldn't accommodate my request and that it only came with fries or tots. I love this place and usually have great service from the staff, as it's my favorite order. However, the manager's refusal this time was disappointing. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before, so I know they can make adjustments. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location again due to the awful customer service.

They offer great snacks and excellent service. Keep up the good work! It's a wonderful place to relax and spend time with family.

I really love this place; their burgers are the best! However, I had a very disappointing experience today with a woman who works there, wearing red horns and goggles. They messed up my order, and when I asked if they could fix it, a guy was willing to help. But then the same woman interrupted and yelled at me, insisting that the order was correct and that she had given it to us exactly as I had ordered.

Stars needs an app for pick up orders! the people who work there don't know, left from right the management staff always surprise me and I wish when I ordered a burger, it wasn't a crusty old beef patty!

Love the food but they take forever to make it and bring it out to you, customer service is ok
