The Locale - Brownsburg

Service was prompt and friendly. Kids were delighted that their meals came with a cookie for dessert!

Food and service were excellent. Waitstaff was attentive. Food was flavorful and portions were large. Was there on a Friday night and they had a signer/guitar player in the lobby. It was so loud it made conversation nearly impossible in the dining room.

I enjoyed eating at Dawson's Two and wanted to try this restaurant since I believe they had the same staff? The atmosphere was relaxed and had lowered lighting in the dining area with it being more bright at the bar. My friend and I sat at a raised table in the bar area. The seats were not at all comfortable. The service was great and our waiter checked on us a couple of times. I ordered a pot roast sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese and our table had spicy cheese curds as an appetizer. I also had a Moscow mule to drink. The drink and most of the food was good but the pot roast sandwich was dry and tasteless. For how expensive it was, I expected a lot better.

My wife and I love this place. We don't come very often just because if we have our kids with us it can get pricey. But I have never had anything bad. I got the Meatloaf this time. With Smashed potatoes and their special soup( I dont remember what she had) and we both got Long Beaches for our drinks and everything was excellent.

Great menu and drink selection, lots of different options. It's definitely a go-to restaurant in Brownsburg.
