This store is amazing! I highly recommend you make a stop on the way up to the mountains! I think it may be dog friendly as well since they have dog treats. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a lot of working. There are picnic tables in the back if you’re needing a stop. They have great snacks and baked goods. There is so many cool things in the store. What Ruth Swanson doesn't like about Wapiti Outdoors:
They need shoe stuff not just accessories I expecting to find shoe stuff. It's the only outdoor store for miles. I know it was my fault for not remembering my shoe insoles but I didn't think that businesses in that area would think that people don't need them. We were out there for hiking and camping. Great coffee and shakes! We always stop by when visiting the mountain, in fact, last time I got one of each for the drive up to Sunrise!

It’s definitely worth stopping by and getting that huckleberry icecream! Also, they have a good selection of various stickers.
Always love Wapiti good snacks after the mountains seems like I've been going there for over 50 years
