This combination pub and inn is aesthetically adorable. It was a snowy day and felt very cozy. They apparently have over 500 types of whiskey and are known for their fish and chips. Our party was mixed with carnivores and vegetarians and everyone was satisfied; the special was a bison blackberry pot pie which was delicious. Several of us had and enjoyed the fish and chips; although for my personal preference I would have liked a higher batter to fish ratio (they were still delicious though . The chips were also very good. They also have a number of beers on tap which were enjoyed by several in our group. Service was great. We would definitely eat here again when in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: there is one accessible parking spot which luckily we got. There were wheelchair accessible tables however the pathways in the restaurant were very cramped and both the hallway to get to the bathrooms and the bathrooms themselves were too small for wheelchair access (the doors were light though! Burns Pub remains a local favorite for us. The food is delicious. You don't get average service here. You ask the bartender a question about whiskey you will get the real deal in terms of an answer. They know a lot!! The wait staff is incredibly nice and friendly. Everything I've ever ordered has been very good. I'm a fan!

Fantastic hidden spot! Has to be one of the BEST fish and chips I have ever had, UK included. Perfection!Staff was amazing and friendly, a new favorite spot when in Broomfield!
