Tacos Margaritas Mexican Grill

Live music was a great surprise for dinner last minute. eating was amazing and fast. they can taste the alcohol in their drinks!

This is the second time me and my husband have been here and both times the food was excellent and the chips and salsa are good to plus the adult beverages. The first time was with my parents and I had the Mexican hamburger now this time just me my hubbyand my mom and I had the burrito ranchero and it was so good the steak was cooked to perfection and juicy and the potatoes andfajita veggies were good. The first time we went I had a pina colada which was really good definitely recommend and will be backagain

So this place is not as great as The Denver Foodie made it seem! We spent almost $50 on 2 plates, a marg, and a beer. Upon entering there was a trio of musicians singing music I never in my life thought I would hear in a Mexican restaurant! It wassoooo loud and just absolutely awful. Not a single person looked happy, other that the groupie table for this band. And itwas freezing cold inside, like to the point where we had to go get our coats, and never took them off! The staff never smiledand all looked like they hated their jobs! Maybe it was the awful music! We had to ask twice if someone was going to come takeour order. She ordered a peach marg because she thought it would come in the glass shown in the video on TDF, NOPE, it was muchsmaller! And though it tasted great for a peach smoothie, it had little to no liquor in it! On to the food! I got a comboplate, kid sized burrito, tamale tasted frozen, and a cheese enchilada. The enchilada sauce was from a can at best, and thecheese inside wasn 't melted. The plate barely had any green chile on the smothered plate. It was also tasteless. She wentwith quesabirra tacos. Luke warm, cheese wasn 't melted, and the consomé was fatty, like the fat was floating on the top. Iguess no one taught them that they are supposed to skim that off. We then watched the staff clean tables, returning to-gocups/lids and boxes that customers had touched, to a stack in the corner!???? Needless to say we won 't be back and will highlynot recommend in the future. This is FAIL #2 from The Denver Foodie. NASTY!

Nice little spot. Chips and salsa when you arrive. Service is nice. Food is really good. Great tacos. Good margaritas. I usually order something with shrimp/camarones and steak/asada.
