Wanted to try a local Japanese hibachi place. They were replacing the roof, when we drove up, and the appearance around the building is...well, has a run down appearance. We were a bit hesitant to go in, but I 'm glad we did. The chef at the hibachi, needed a bit of practice, lol with his presentation show , but the food was delicious and was prepared per instruction. It was OK. Service was excellent and our hibachi chef was very nice and skilled, but not quite as showy as I would have loved for my kids to see. By the time he was done cooking and I had everything on my plate, I had about 5 minutes before they were bringing to-go boxes. That was disappointing. In Brooksville looking for lunch and chose Fujiyama Japanese steakhouse. The usual show and humor. The food was good, the cook was friendly and funny. Prices were pleasant and lunch is available. Lost a star to overcook my seafood despite my warning. You also have sushi and a complete menu. The place is beautifully visual, but needs a bit more attention to detail on cleanliness.
This place was absolutely perfect! The food! Drinks! The Hibachi! The lobster! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! We had such a great culinary experience with 6 people on foot. We had to wait 20 minutes and sat... after a visit with the very well equipped bar tender... thank you all! I recommend this Hibachi and Sushi! Up!
Always a fun experience watching someone cook your meal. Restaurant was clean, staff friendly, and they really tried to make the experience especially for the birthday child.
Good spot for dinner with friends or family. Some of the chefs here do a great job to get everyone having fun and to enjoy the show they put on. Good job to the chefs and keep up the good work. They also have great sushi prices and fairly fast service. Food is delicious and fair priced. Expect to spend around $30 per person on dinner at this party location.
It was my first time going there wasn't disappointed at all the food was delicious service was great and friendly!! Portions was good and the price was fair!
