My favorite from this visit to @patisserietomoko was the yuzu mousse! I don’t usually go for mousse, but this one was very light and airy, and the yuzu flavor was perfectly blended.The green tea flavor was strong enough for the tiramisu, but the cake itself was a little dry so I was kind of disappointed because I’m a huge matcha and tiramisu fan.I really liked the counter seating where you can watch them make the cak... Great service. I ordered 20 cupcakes for my niece I hand carried from Brooklyn to Texas on a evening flight and they were a hit!
Out of this world tastings. Every moment from searching entering and experiencing Tomokos creations. The multiple flavors reminisced back to a time in Japan where a moment meant eternity.
