Mcdonald's - Brooklyn

The cashier at this restaurant is very slow, and you may need to repeat yourself multiple times. The establishment is clean and has a bathroom, baby chairs, and an ATM. This McDonald's also has a second floor where you can enjoy your meal, but it can be quite chilly, almost like eating outside. My mom was upset because she ordered a Happy Meal for $3 and was charged extra for the apple juice, which should have been included. Not good!

The breakfast is amazing and the coffee is a great addition. I always have a positive experience with the employees as they are polite, helpful, and friendly. I have had the pleasure of meeting the boss, the owner of the restaurant, who is knowledgeable about the business and attentive to customers' needs. The restaurant is clean with plenty of space for dining and even bringing children along. You will definitely enjoy your experience here, whether with friends or family. Have a wonderful time!

I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant. They completely messed up my order. I requested a strawberry shake but received a strawberry banana smoothie instead, and my unsweetened tea was forgotten. The food appeared to be cold and undercooked. Additionally, there was some unknown substance on the bottom of the bread. This experience is unacceptable, and I would like a full refund.

Waiting 30min just for nugget?s and fry?s, they more worried about Uber eats, and kios

I?ve ordered the spicy deluxe crispy chicken meal through Uber eats twice and both times I got cold stale friends and the chicken over cooked and hard as a rock. Clearly they let are selling food that is not freshly cooked (everybody knows what freshly cooked McDonald?s fries taste like) and/or that has been sitting out for a while after cooked and refrying it causing for the food to harden, and taste burnt. McDonald?s prices for a meal is near close to restaurant prices, the food need to at least come fresh out the fryer and once in a while require for all employees to review fast food safety regulations. Not a great McDonald location, poor food quality.
