Ordered a family pack from their site. Had to contact them after delivery because we were missing items only for them to say no that doesn’t come with it, which it explicitly states on the menu. Refused to send out our items or give us our money back. Incredibly unhelpful and uncaring. Ended up having to contact my bank.

There was a fly in the pizza not to mention it was not vegan

We never received the pizza we ordered. There was no apology and the staff were rude.

The food at Krazy Pizza and Wings is delicious, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. My only complaint is that they sometimes fail to deliver orders as requested. This can be particularly frustrating for those with disabilities. However, overall, Krazy Pizza and Wings is a fantastic restaurant.
