Polished upgrade from Dante of old! An unexpected gem in Coolidge corner with same great food as in the past with a refreshed trendy lounge vibe. All dishes are hearty and delicious. View all feedback.
What Natalie Goff doesn't like about Club Dante:
Drinks were nice, bartender said I was rude for calling her “maam” and was overall just not very friendly. Was just being polite. Asked for a drink suggestion and she said she didn’t drink and just stared at me : was just asking what was good. She did let my friend charge her phone which was nice (maybe bc she didn’t call her ma’am lol) View all feedback.
The pizza was awful and looked like bread . The atmosphere is nice and
Definitely a hidden gem in Coolidge corner. Dante Dave is the man and he also makes a great pizza. I had the Al Dante and if was amazing. Will definitely be going back.-Boston Bobby
The pasta speaks for itself. It 's the first time that I 've been to a restaurant. And I feel like Im eating real food. Everything cooked fresh to order. Just come and taste the goodness. One of my favorite after class hang outs.
Pizza was solid (so much better than the local chain down the block). update to my review: my husband, who grew up in Italy, regarding the leftover pizza said this is some of the best pizza he’s had in Boston The atmosphere is pretty cool. The bartender threw me off maybe she was having a bad day? Didn’t offer a menu or check in at all (the place was quiet, so it wasn’t that she was busy with customers). When I was still working on my drink she handed me the check, without asking if I wanted another drink or dessert. I was really really hoping for a friendly neighborhood spot, and that’s not the experience I had. I’ll be back because from other reviews it seems like maybe tonight was an outlier.
Comfortable place for a drink. Owner very accommodating, and excellent bar service
