I had a build-your-own pizza with pesto sauce, black olives, mushrooms, and bell peppers (baked in large pizza oven) with a side of chicken wings. The dough was crisp (not doughy), the wings were cooked all the way through, and the sauce was spicy but not too hot. I have never been disappointed with the service or food at 1000 degrees. I love the variety of toppings it's hard to beat a bake time of maybe 3 minutes.
