Café Hollander Brookfield Corners

We needed a table for 4 and a high chair. We were seated right away, and our server took our drink order and returned promptly for our food orders. The menu selections were a good variety. I ordered a delicious salad, which was very satisfying. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, and our service was excellent. I am so glad Cafe Hollander has a location at The Corners. We have dined there several times and have been very pleased each time thanks!!

I love this location! Great atmosphere and service. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait but we were seated within 15 minutes of arriving. Austin was our server and he was great — very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, though, our mussel order was wrong. We ordered the roma tomato mussels but received the white wine. It was very busy so we mentioned something to Austin but we weren’t too worried about it. Not long after, a manager approached us about our order and offered to give us another order of the correct mussels. We declined because the ones we received were delicious (and we frankly didn’t want to wait for another order — we were getting full and probably wouldn’t have been able to eat them! The manager was so awesome and said because we were so nice he would comp the mussels we originally received as well. It was very nice and not necessary. It just goes to show that a little understanding both ways goes a LONG way! The only “complaint” I have is that we checked in online to reserve a place in the waiting line and when we arrived the hostess informed us that they weren’t taking the online check-in. She wasn’t very friendly about it nor did she provide an explanation as to why, on a Wednesday at 11:30am, they weren’t allowing online check in. It didn’t matter in the end because we needed up in the same place in line but it was discouraging to be greeted a little poorly. If it allows us to check in online, I feel they should have accepted it. I won’t take any stars away for it because everything else was wonderful! Can’t wait to come back!

Went there for the first time on Sunday for brunch. I've read some of the other reviews and I feel bad for these people having such poor experiences. The food was good, no wait to be seated. There is plenty of room in there. Our server was decent. Everything came at a reasonable time. The mimosas were amazing. I only had 2 and ate food and still had to walk around a bit before driving : . Overall I had a fantastic experience however I'm a bit Leary of going back due to so many bad experiences by others.

One of my favorite spots on the planet to enjoy a Bofferding beer, plus the food is always great. I recommend the salmon.

From their bier to their food, you can’t go wrong! Their knowledge and customer service are on point. It’s the perfect spot to come with friends and family.
