Place said they don't honor reservations on night when there is concert and show. There were both. We got there very early and it wasn't a problem. Very limited menu and they were out of two items: shrimp and calamari. Food we ordered was very good and the server Hallie (I believe) was excellent. Location great, but if you want to have a conversation ask for a table as far away from the bar as they have. View all feedback.

This was our first time at Todd English Pub. We had a 6:00 reservation before an 8:00 show at the BJCC. The host was rude and frazzled. The service was slow and the “kitchen was backed up” so we only had an appetizer and one drink before running out time to get to our show. Even though you have an Open Table reservation they do not acknowledge it. Severely understaffed, except for the hostess stand where there were several staff members standing around. This restaurant is located in the Westin hotel and they should be embarrassed.
Made reservation. Line was out the door. Checked with hostess and they said we could not have had a reservation because they do not take them. We have used open table for this restaurant previously and have always been seated very close to time reserved. 4 other people in line that I heard said they also booked and were told there are no reservations. Food was good each time previously. This time we decided to leave and grab food at the BJCC concession stand. Very unfortunate as this restaurant is in the hotel and very convenient.

Gumbo is DEFINITELY DELICIOUS!! Drinks nice as well...
