McDonald's - BRONX

I don't usually visit this place but from the last time I did, I notice a big difference. The place looks much cleaner. There's not as much loitering as before and I even saw they have security on site. An employee was cleaning the tables and the windows during my visit. I enjoyed my lunch break without any disturbance.

Wasn't bad but they seem to mostly care about the Uber pick up instead of the customers that are in there ordering food I asked for a bag and the manager gave me a hard time to get a bag mean while I bought alot of food spending almost 50 bucks and she told me that the bags were only for Uber pick ups which I think that is ridiculous.

Customer service was fast the food was fresh... I would like to suggest everyone to download their McDonald's app. They offer great deals rewards points to receive free food

Buns for my sandwich were hard and it wasn't even warm. taste was also of 3. They never brought the food to my table after they had used the pay system. they only screamed or my number and I had to pick up all my things and get it. for happiness the people know what is going on and have not taken my place. food: 2/5

This morning after the training in the gym. the service was so terrible that I had to go out. they were not busy and could not recognize any customers. the manager walked around and two employees tried either to find out how to put a lid on a cup. I think they needed the instructions in español. it is a kapuze mcdonald’s so that this mcdonald’s keeps it real by complaining service!
