I now understand why this restaurant has 5 stars! The owner and his daughter are passionate about what they do and work hard. It's wonderful to see dedicated and passionate restaurateurs like them. The atmosphere is clean, stylish, and the service is exceptional with plenty of smiles. The food is delicious, and we had the best vegetable "flamecoeurs" ever. It exceeded our expectations. The owner even took the time to explain the origin and details of the food. We will definitely be back!

A genuine Alsace experience! Authentic Alsace dishes and drinks! Delicious tarte flambée! Lively atmosphere! Friendly staff. A great taste of Alsace in every bite!

Absolutely fantastic! I had lunch here while visiting a friend for the weekend and it was a truly delightful experience. The food was top-notch, the atmosphere was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back again. We need a place like this back in Vermont!
