Breakfast could have some improvement. The scrambled egg had a weird taste. A variety of pastries would be very nice as well. The staff were really nice and friendly, especially Erika, who went extra miles to make our breakfast very lovely and enjoyable. The room was clean and was smelling nice. The gym is great, with plenty of machines, weights, and cardio options. Dinners were very delicious and good portions. Massages were also great and relaxing, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the only tiny thing that could be improved is staff should wait with tidying the room, not doing it while the customer is still there. It's a little bit disturbing when you try to relax. It makes you feel rushed a little bit. Overall, it's a very nice place. Very clean, nice location, right opposite a ski centre, plenty of parking. Spa very clean, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, water was cold when we were here as they are having boiler issues. Spa and massage open until 8pm. Family room had 2 single beds pushed together with 1 duvet and another single bed, iron and board, fan and mini fan heater, TV, kettle with tea, coffee etc shower gel provided, the floorboards did squeak a lot in our room 129 and in the corridors. The breakfast food server area could be bigger as only 2 people could help themselves at the same time as you have to ask for your type of eggs as they only have scrambled eggs in the buffet, 2 toast machines though.
