We had received a coupon flyer in our mail recently. We stopped in to take advantage of an offer. We had the angus burger that included fries/onion rings and a drink. What User doesn't like about Harvey's:
First thing, the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. While we were deciding, the cashier stared at us the entire time; food was stale and cold. And I paid for a premium milkshake, only to find out that the machine was down and wasn't offered anything else in replacement or refund. And the cashier left her swipe card on our tray, talk about disorganization. View all feedback.
We enjoyed a delightful lunch with friends at Swiss Chalet at this particular location.
It is evident that this restaurant has some problems as mentioned in other reviews. If they are going to introduce a new menu item that becomes popular on Tiktok, they should ensure that it is made fresh for each order. My meal could have been enjoyable if it wasn't stale. I ended up throwing it away and have no intention of returning to this establishment.
I love the food at this restaurant! The staff are extremely friendly!
None of the employees that prepared my family’s food wore gloves. From the grill to the heater. They only wore a pair after it hit the paper (a bit to late). The most appalling offense to me was when the man that rang us out (without gloves or washing his hands) placed a slice of cheese on my mothers burger. As a putrid garnish for the vile meal.
As a vegetarian I love Harvey's! It's fast food, right? But it's still great.
