What Joan D doesn't like about La Baraka:
We were so excited to find fine French food without having to go to Manhattan. The staff was very nice, accommodating and friendly. The food was mediocre at best. My mussels appetizer tasted burnt and my husband’s quiche tasted store bought. My duck entree was okay and my husband’s beef was okay. The soup dumplings were perfectly cooked, and all of our orders were made in less than fifteen minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re interested in trying a Taiwanese/Shanghainese-style cuisine. View all feedback.
