The hype is not real. I really wanted to like this place after seeing the long line outside. After eating here though I was very underwhelmed to say the least. Maybe this place is special to the homers and countless tourists that flock here but the food is basic as basic can be. Bisquick pancakes and corn syrup. Unseasoned potatoes and eggs. Great, simple food. Nothing fancy but truly delicious!
Johny's was incredible! There was a small line outside but we got in super quick. The food was amazing and hot, and the atmosphere was a great place to start our day! Our waiter Josh was quick and efficient, and very friendly! Highly recommend!

Unreal food! Best bacon I ever had. Super friendly service. But what's best about it was the atmosphere. Cosy, warm, like back in time to days when people had time for each other to chat without phones. As the lovely gentleman we met in there said… this place is a little gem of NY. Thanks Johny!
