Hold Fast Kitchen And Spirits

I frequent Hold Fast. I really like the atmosphere, food and service. However, today I was completely ignored by one of the male bartenders with a ponytail. He saw me walk in and wait patiently to be seated as he spoke with some guests that were sitting at the bar. He looked at me made eye contact and walked away. Did not offer to seat me, a family of three walked in shortly after and he greeted them and again did not greet me before swiftly walking them to their table.I’m not sure what was going on here but I ended up walking out because it was clear that I wasn’t even on his agenda as a guest, which is not what I have ever experienced at Hold Fast.

Came here for drinks and really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is great, the drinks and service were good, and the fries were amazing. Perfectly crisp on the outside but thick and delicious. I definitely want to try more of the food menu.

Welcoming and charming, very tasty food. The Brussels and beets were really sweet and I didn't like that at all, but that's just me. Great vibes, awesome drinks. A little pricey but that's Hells Kitchen for ya! I'll be back for sure.

If you're looking for a great bar/restaurant with good food and great service in Hell's Kitchen, New York, this place is definitely worth checking out. During my visit, the food was good, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was also nice, and the outdoor seating was a great addition.While I can't speak to the consistency of the food and service, my experience was positive, and I would recommend giving it a try. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal and drinks with friends or family, and the outdoor seating is a nice touch, especially on a beautiful day.

Loved this spot ! Was on the way to a show just had time for a quick stop in . Juan the bartender was personable , welcoming and radiating good energy . The staff really seemed to work well together and each and every one of them have a pleasant demeanor . Good food good drinks and good people . Nice outdoor seating set up too and I even noticed they have some creative mock tails . Something for everyone here I tell ya . Will Be back soon , no doubt !
