The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the aroma of freshly baked bread. The only tricky part is their hours are super limited: 4 to 7 pm on Fri and Sat, and showing up at farmer markets every weekend. ＊Japanese Milk Bread $13 Milk bread is a must try here! It was slightly tangy and sweet, with a golden brown crust. The interior was fluffy and bouncy like cloud. We finished the loaf easily because it was too delicious. ＊Living Bread $13 While the living bread is described as a “health bread”. It is a seedy and crunchy loaf with a denser texture. One slice could be super filling lol. What a pity that they no longer make their own butter. They used to have seaweed butter which I really want to try.
