beautiful outside area, large selection of drinks and friendly staff. immersed for a soft drink and a natter with a friend and covid measures were adhered to and staff very friendly. the eating also looked great (on the basis that there are other tables only empty teller back in) would recommend. What OldeBristolian doesn't like about Port Of Call:
Website says children welcome. But doesn’t make clear that they must leave by 5pm. It is worth knowing ahead, as your otherwise well planned evening can be stuffed up, alternative dinner arrangements needed asap, kids made unhappy etc. View all feedback.
Top-notch pub with amazing food and professional staff, we appreciate the great service provided today.
The small pub is charming and offers a fantastic variety of authentic ales.
First time here can’t fault the dinner. Really enjoyed it!!!!!
Brilliant pub, my favourite in the area. Great choice of beer and great little sun trap garden
Hugely disappointing. We visited a while back for a drink and found the pub really cosy, so when passing today we decided to stop for lunch. Sadly, my meal was quite inedible with stringy, gristly meat and my partners meal was very underwhelming, a basic veggie burger with a few frozen chips. We both had soft drinks that were realty flat. In this day and age where everything is so expensive you feel really robbed when you have a poor experience with food. We did chat to the bar person who gave us 10% off but we still left with a bitter taste in our mouths. It feels like the sort of place that should just stick to serving beer. Sadly we won’t be returning.
