The staff made sure to ask if I had any gluten allergies before preparing my meal. They used new gloves and put foil under the bagel when toasting it. They also placed a paper under the bagel when adding the fillings to prevent cross-contamination. The filling station was wiped clean before making my gluten-free bagel. I felt very safe eating here. I ordered the B.R.A.T and it was fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend this place.

Wanted just a light lunch. Choice of two Gf bagels, wore new gloves, checked all the ingredients were Gf for me, service was friendly and quick.

The bagels at this restaurant are still incredible, gluten-free, and they take proper precautions for those with Celiac Disease in handling and preparation.
