What User likes about Red Rooster Albany Creek:
I pre-ordered a total of 34 roast chicken packs for a group I organise a monthly social gathering for. Friday at 6pm, the staff were lovely and friendly, the box of packs were hot and ready for pick up. The food was freshly cooked and delicious. Had no complaints from my group. Will do it again. Really poor service. Reds burgers advertised as $4.95 but charged $8.25. When queried was told you specifically have to ask for the $4.95 price even though they are the same burger. Shady practices by red rooster. Will never buy from them again, no way will I support such dishonest and misleading advertising. The service was very slow, although there were only 2 orders before us; and to complete it, our order of 1huh and large chips lasted 25 minutes. before us the passages were served, although we came after us, all the great entries, with a mixed menu. They would think that a order as easy as our would be relatiw fast. but no. we will miss this place next time. parking: effective no parking available, as it is a limited space for several companies.

I have been here many times, hoping they will be better, but they never do! absolutely hopeless customer service! I waited 20 minutes for my order. as soon as I got the order, it was cold and had been there for ever. instead go to macas, much faster service with HOT food.

Rooster roll was full of chicken skin and fat. the fenders were boiled and the teig was soggie. I expected to be sick was hungry. I was ok.Food: 1/5 service: 5/5 .more

The worst flava wrap ever it was mostly empty with two pathetic pieces of chicken that were rubbery. Will never go back to this red rooster.

Store was very clean. Service was prompt. Meal was good except the proverbial warm chips/fries
