We had a very relaxed and enjoyable lunch, made even better by our knowledgeable waiter. The food was superbly flavored, and we paired it with a delicious wine, followed by a refreshing dessert. It was a great way for two friends to enjoy a meal together before heading to the theater. This experience was an improvement from our visit 12 months ago, and we look forward to returning. The previous menu was fantastic! I was looking forward to a hearty pub meal, but now it seems like I have to pay more for less. The seafood menu is quite pricey and offers fewer options. View all feedback.

The old redbrick has certainly classed itself up since I used to frequent this place in my misspent youth. Great steak and icy cold beer. What more could you ask for?Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Always had good experiences at this hotel. During week nights it is a nice chill place to go after work while Monday steak night and Wednesday fish night specials are great value and delishious.Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Was a okay experience although the service was good they failed to check in on our meal which I would have liked to share that it was over cooked to my preference I asked for medium rare. The steak was still good and not wanting to waste food I still enjoyed it all!Food: 3/5 Service: 4/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
We went to the Red Brick for lunch today. There were only 3 tables occupied and the overall ambience of the restaurant is lovely. However, the surroundings are let down by the mediocre food and lacklustre service. The food service was incredibly slow considering the small number of diners. The food was expensive for what you get; one of our diners had char-grilled broccolini which was 3 pieces in olive oil with sliced macadamias for $14.00! My steak was overcooked as I asked for medium rare and it was medium at best. We barely had enough to digest our food before the waitress showed with the bill and an EFTPOS machine. After checking the bill we identified an erroneous charge for a dessert that we did not request or receive. This was refunded but with no apology or acknowledgement. On the positive side, one of our party had the seafood basket and commented it was fresh, well-cooked and not greasy.I am undecided as to whether I would give the Red Brick another chance.
