eating was excellent, everything had to be ordered by the app, so no personal service. I wanted to go to the bar to water for table made experience a bit normal. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Milano:
Convenient location and food was nice but the service left a lot to be desired. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned before we sat down despite them having to arrange the tables when we arrived (booked days in advance). No high chairs at this venue, we had to sit a toddler on a tall chair which was not ideal. Service was to a low standard or non existent. We had reserved our place, but there was no specific “maintained” marker. Despite so much to do, the place was clean, the service was reasonablely timely and the atmosphere was good. eating was very good, although the ravioli consumption could have been more generous. it was a pleasant experience.
Service was excellent, ordering was very easy via the QR code. Food was delicious and more than we could finish! Definitely on our fav list.

What is the point of Open Table allowing you to make a booking for a restaurant that is closed at the time booked? Hopeless.
They cancelled our booking as they had a staffing shortage so did not get to eat there and then had to find somewhere else to eat for our group at short notice. So was not happy.
