You can probably tell by the capital letters already that the night last night for my very good friends birthday was a total disaster. Being a non drinker i wanted a zero alcohol beer but they did not have any non-alcoholic beers and then asking for a ginger beer they have no ginger beer. To make matters worse the barman did not appear to care. He offered a glass of water. Then the steak I ordered at dinner was full of grizzle and very very chewy and fatty AND COLD. Then the birthday girl had to wait one hour for a glass of champaign. It was such a bad night of service and from the Hilton ? Its lost customer service if last night was any indication of what its become and id say its lost its integrity too as Management did not seem to care.

With many choices on the Lunch Special Menu, Vintaged is perfect for a 5 Star lunch without the 5 star price. All with a glass of wine! The steak was delicious, as were the potatoes and beans. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

A disappointing experience to bid 2019 farewell. We were expecting great service and even better food but the food was average and service was poor. What made it even worse was that the restaurant was only half full so there should not have been any excuses to not provide a quality service.

We made a reservation at this restaurant for breakfast because we needed to be in the city early that day. The restaurant is located in the Hilton Hotel in the heart of Brisbane. We opted for the buffet breakfast, although there is also an à la carte menu available (which we couldn't find on their website). The food was typical of a high-quality hotel, with a variety of options including made-to-order eggs. The French pastries on the warming tray were particularly delicious. There was a good selection of breads and some gluten-free options available. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing service with a smile. At $39 per person, it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for breakfast.
